Shipping Policy

1. Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

2. Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse. Delivery usually takes 5–11 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other events outside our control.

3. Holiday orders

Carriers are busiest in November and December. To get your order before Christmas, please order by December 5.

4. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

5. Order tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

6. Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking shows a problem, contact us through our Contact page and we'll look into it. See our Refund & Return Policy for damaged or faulty items.
